Payments
Prices are set in US dollars. International customers should contact us, and we will translate the price into foreign currency according to the exchange rate at www.xe.com.
We except all major credit cards, and payments are always secure. If you pay by check, please expect processing your order to take an additional 5-10 business days, as we must wait for the check to clear before shipping your purchase.

Shipping & Handling
Continental shipping fee is $6.60. This fee covers shipping for an entire order - regardless of the number of items ordered. Return customers receive complimentary shipping. International shipping must be determined on an individual basis, fees are calculated in 500 gram weight increments. Please contact us to find out more.
Non-customized orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment. International shipments can take up to 4 weeks to reach their destination.

Returns & Refunds
All of our work is 100% guaranteed. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, we fully refund returns within 7 days of order receipt. After 7 days, an item may be returned in exchange for store-credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable. In order for the return to be processed, the item must be returned in its original package, with all tags and authenticity certificates attached. Return shipping should be insured, because we do not take responsibility for any loss or damage to items as they are being returned.
Though it is an unlikely need since our pieces are designed to last a lifetime, we will take responsibility for any repairs needed if breakage occurs through normal use. It may be necessary to substitue materials in some cases, however.

We protect the privacy of anyone who joins the mailing list and do not share contact information with anyone. Subscribers only receive notification of and entitlement to sales and discounts.
